Dear Sir/madam,

International Congress of Asian Society of Toxicology is an important international academic conference launched by Asian Society of Toxicology (ASIATOX). ASIATOX was founded on June 8, 1994, the purpose of ASIATOX is to foster scientific co-operation in Asian area and promote the progress in toxicological science and technology in the region, in particular by sponsoring the international congress of ASIATOX. Up to 2018, eight times of international congress of ASIATOX has successfully been organized. During the 8^th International congress of ASIATOX held in Thailand in July 2018, the executive committee of ASIATOX has made a decision that the 9^th International of Congress of Asian Society of Toxicology is going to be held by the Chinese Society of Toxicology in 2020. 

The 9^th international congress of ASIATOX will be held in the beautiful city of Hangzhou from September 23 to 26, 2020. The conference is expected to have about 1,000 delegates from Asian area, as well as USA and Europe.

The theme of the 9th international congress of ASIATOX is “Asian toxicology in the era of big data: from public health to environmental safety”. The Scientific contents will involve the cutting-edge research progression and achievements of Toxicology research, and the practical applications in areas of environmental ecology safety, human health and public safety, including toxicology big data and environmental ecological safety, drug toxicology and drug safety evaluation, food safety and nutrition, industrial toxicology, drug dependence toxicology, clinical toxicology and toxic treatment, Nano toxicology and new material toxicology, management toxicology and risk assessment, etc.

During the conference, an Expo will simultaneously be hold, relevant enterprises and institutions will be provided with opportunities to promote themselves, display their products and technologies, and look for close cooperators. Your company is specially invited to participate in the exhibition and sponsor the congress. The cooperation/sponsor forms are as follows:

1. Diamond Sponsor: 300,000 RMB Yuan or USD $45,000. Only one diamond sponsor will be selected.

(1) To place a full-page color advertisement in the conference manual;

(2) Provide 2-3 standard booths (prominent position);

(3) The sponsor's website can be linked to the homepage of the conference website of Chinese Toxicology Society;

(4) The conference background wall, the background board of conference registration and the conference procedure book shall be glaringly marked with diamond sponsor;

(5) Jointly organize a special session of symposium in form of title sponsor;

(6) Free registration fee and meal fee for 6 participants, and invited to attend the welcome dinner and give a 5-minute speech;

(7) As one of the awarding honour guests at the closing ceremony, give awards to the winners;

(8) Other matters shall be settled in consultation with the organizer.

2. Gold medal Sponsor: 100,000 RMB Yuan or USD $15,000

(1) To place a full-page color advertisement in the conference manual;

(2) Provide equivalent to 2 standard booths (main position);

(3) The sponsor's website can be linked to the homepage of the conference website of Chinese Toxicology Society;

(4) The background wall of the conference, the background board of conference registration and conference procedure book shall be marked with the gold sponsor;

(5) Jointly organize a special session of symposium in form of title sponsor;

(6) Free registration fee and meal fee for 6 participants, and invited to the welcome dinner;

(7) Other matters shall be settled in consultation with the organizer.

3. Silver medal Sponsor: 80,000 RMB Yuan or USD $12,000

(1) To place a full-page color advertisement in the conference manual;

(2) Provide a standard booth (main position);

(3) The sponsor's website can be linked to the homepage of the conference website of Chinese toxicology society;

(4) The background wall of the conference, the background board of conference registration and conference procedure shall be marked with the silver sponsor;

(5) Free registration fee and meal fee for 4 participants, and invited to the welcome dinner;

(6) Other matters shall be settled in consultation with the organizer.

4. Bronze medal Sponsor: 50,000 RMB Yuan or USD $8,000)

(1) To publish a half-page color advertisement in the conference manual;

(2) Provide a standard booth (near the main location)

(3) The sponsor's website can be linked to the homepage of the conference website of Chinese toxicology society;

(4) The background wall of the conference, the background board of the conference registration and conference procedure shall be marked with the bronze sponsor;

(5) Free registration fee and meal fee for 3 participants, and invited to the welcome dinner.

5. Exhibitor: 20,000 RMB Yuan or USD $3,000

(1) Provide a standard booth (size according to the site);

(2) Sponsor shall be indicated in the conference manual;

(3) Free registration fee and meal fee for 2 participants, and invited to the welcome dinner.

6. Special Sponsor: 10,000 RMB Yuan or USD $1,500)

(Only one of the following conditions is guaranteed for each sponsor, and the production cost of the following articles and materials shall be paid by the sponsor, and the appearance and form shall be agreed by both sponsor and organizer)

(1) Provide the conference document bag with the name or Logo of the sponsor (limited to one);

(2) Put no more than 5 pages of corporate publicity materials in the conference document bag;

(3) Distribute no more than 5 pages of enterprise publicity materials for each delegate in the meeting place;

(4) Give all participants souvenirs, such as pens, record books, small gifts or souvenirs, with the name or Logo of the sponsor printed on them;

(5) Provide a housing card set with the name or Logo of the sponsor.

7. Other forms of sponsorship will be discussed separately.
